You’re in the right place

Are you tired of not feeling better?

Clients that find me are often looking to know themselves on a deeper level. Many have had multiple experiences with treatment and are frustrated that they continue to struggle. As a seasoned therapist, I have the ability to take the tools you’ve already been given, and connect the missing pieces, by utilizing different modalities. I am comfortable working with clients with complex histories as a result of years of training. I also welcome those that are new to therapy. Most important to me is creating a safe space for you to share your unique story.

Insurance & Fees

I am in-network with Aetna and United Student Resources for the state of Arizona. I am out-of-network for other managed care plans. A statement of services called a superbill can be provided upon request to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I encourage clients to check their mental health benefits for out-of-network providers prior to the first visit. Payment may be made by credit card, cash, check, or HSA. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged the full fee for a missed session.

Good Faith Estimates

The “No Surprises” Act requires health care practitioners, including therapists, to provide clients a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) on the cost of treatment. The purpose is to provide transparency to clients regarding their expected health care costs. A GFE will be provided to uninsured or self-pay clients upon start of services. It is important that clients understand this is not a bill or commitment to services.
